First, let me say, I don't like blogs.
I don't even like the word blog.
Seriously.

But, I realized that as I head off to Peru for the next 5 months, sending out mass emails to everyone I know would be not only annoying for those who didn't want to recieve them, but a pain in the ass for me to keep up on as well.
So thus, I jumped on the nerd bandwagon, and have created this blog.

I'll be updating it with photos and stories from my time in South America, hopefully keeping them as entertaining as humanly possible. Please leave comments- just don't insult my postings too much.

As for the members of my family reading this, I apologize ahead of time for any swearing. (Mother- I am 21 and work in the restaurant industry. I swear from time to time, sorry.)

I will be in Madison for the next 5 days and would love to see anyone who will be in town.

To those I am unable to see before I leave, I hope winter/spring/summer is lovely, and I hope to see you all when I return in August.
